ThobeWear LLC (“ThobeWear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through thobewear.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you join our waitlist we collect your email address. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. We only ask for what we need.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics to understand overall traffic (for example, page views, referring sites, general region, and device type). This does not identify you personally. If we later enable advertising tools (see below), those may collect additional information using cookies or similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To notify you about our launch and share updates you have signed up for.
- To respond to your questions and messages.
- To understand and improve how our site performs.
- With your consent where required, to measure and deliver advertising.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run our site. Each processes only the data needed for its service:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — stores our waitlist and sends our emails.
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare — provides cookieless website analytics.
- Meta and TikTok — if and when we run advertising, their tools may collect information subject to their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
Our site currently uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. If we introduce advertising pixels in the future, we will request your consent where the law requires it, and you will be able to decline.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA). Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
